Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department is a fire department providing fire safety, rescue and protection services for the region of Jacksonville in Florida. The Fire Prevention Division conducts safety inspections on commercial properties, issues fire permits, reviews building plans and offers fire safety education. The Rescue Division provides quality pre-hospital medical care and assists in the suppression of fire.

The National Council of Firefighters Credit Unions, Inc. (NCOFCU) is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 professional credit union association, incorporated in the State of Florida, serving firefighters, first responders, and their families. Credit unions serving firefighters and first responders have been meeting annually since 2001. Their members represent credit unions serving firefighters and first responders from across the country.
