Streamlight, Inc. Overview:

Streamlight is a "hands-on" company. We learn by doing, so we understand what our customers need because we're out there doing what they do, using the same lighting tools in the same ways. We go through firefighters' training. We take courses in low-light shooting. We're hunters, fishermen, outdoor and sports enthusiasts. Brad Penney, our president, takes his Streamlight flashlight on his many hunting trips. Our sales director for the hunting and fishing markets is an avid hunter. Many of our law enforcement sales managers are gun collectors, hunters and competitive shooters. We believe it's our hands-on, real-world experience that leads to new ideas and innovations that set Streamlight apart. Who knows what we'll come up with next?

We make it a point to get out in the field and talk to our customers. We hold focus groups to hear what they like about our products; but we're more interested in what they don’t like, what needs to be improved, and what lighting problems have yet to be solved. Customer feedback helps us continually improve existing products and create new and better ones. Since the most extreme hazardous conditions are often in dark places, Streamlight created a complete line of safety-rated lights. For the industrial market, we’ve developed lighting tools that are safe to use even around explosive gases and in other potentially explosive atmospheres.

Auto technicians can now easily see into the smallest, darkest engine crevices, thanks to the Streamlight Stylus Reach®, a powerful, lightweight penlight with a flexible cable. Our green LED clip-on penlights and headlamps are keeping outdoor enthusiasts safer, with an LED light so strong, it’s visible from over a mile away.

Our success is directly related to our ability to satisfy customers. So we take customer service very seriously. Our inside sales department includes specialists in each of the markets we serve. They go through extensive training on all our products, even working on the assembly line and in the repair shop. They know Streamlight products inside out. They understand the challenges you face and they know how to help you find the best lights and get the most from your purchases. We’ll work with you and do whatever it takes to help you.

Streamlight makes tough, durable, long-lasting lights. And we support them with an equally strong warranty. If something goes wrong, we don’t make excuses – we make good. Streamlight warrants its products to be free of defects for a lifetime of use. We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price, at our option, of any Streamlight product that does not work or that you manage to break for as long as you own it. Of course, this limited lifetime warranty excludes abuse, batteries, bulbs and chargers. Rechargeable batteries and chargers have a 1-year warranty.

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with a Streamlight product, go to www.streamlight.com for the location of an authorized Streamlight repair center near you.

It's no wonder that Streamlight is recognized around the world as the leading provider of premium portable lighting solutions. Our products are distributed in over 60 countries, and our website is available in four languages.
