The Toledo Fire & Rescue Department responds to all fire and medical incidents in the city of Toledo. The medical response also includes both basic and advanced transport to local hospitals. All Toledo firefighters are State of Ohio certified as Firefighter II and trained as Emergency Medical Technician-Basic with approximately 250 also being certified as Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic.

The Troy Fire Department provides fire protection and emergency medical services to the City of Troy, Concord, Staunton and portions of Lost Creek Townships.

Valley View Volunteer Firefighters protect lives and property within the Valley View calling area in Comanche County, Oklahoma. They also provide mutual aid to other fire departments as requested.

The West University Place Fire Department provides fire protection and emergency medical services to the community with highly trained personnel and a quick and effective response to a wide variety of emergencies. The West University Place Fire Department operates an Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance, a Fire Engine with ALS capabilities and a Command Unit. These units are staffed by full-time personnel 24/7.

Wilson County District 1 Fire & Rescue is a combination career / volunteer emergency services organization that serves the Northwestern part of Wilson County, Texas. The District provides Fire, Rescue and Emergency Medical First Response to approximately 125 square miles of Northwest Wilson county and includes the City of La Vernia, Sutherland Springs, and the Kicaster area.
