About Midlothian Fire Department

The Midlothian Fire Department is a combination department that consists of 16 full-time and approximately 16 part-time firefighters. Their staff responds to emergencies within the village from two fire stations located on the east and west sides of the Rock Island Railroad tracks. The department responds to an average of just under 2,000 emergency calls per year.
