Wisbech fire station is in the Fenland district. It operates two fire engines. The first is crewed by whole-time firefighters seven days a week from 8 am to 6 pm. Between 6 pm and 8 am the fire engine is crewed by on-call firefighters. The second fire engine is permanently crewed by on-call firefighters.

Wokingham Road is one of four fire stations sited in Reading. The crews respond to many different types of “shouts”, including road traffic collisions, flooding and water rescue, as well as to fires. Firefighters work alongside Red Cross volunteers, who also have a crew and vehicle that deploy from the station and assist people after an incident.

Wylie Fire Rescue is currently working on a structure fire on Tyler Trail. Crews responded to the home and the fire was under control quickly. No injuries were reported.
