The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, "Metro Fire," serves a population of over 745,000 in a 359 square mile service area. Metro Fire is the 7th largest fire agency in the State of California.

Established in 1866, the San Francisco Fire Department is rich in tradition and history. SJFD serves San José’s incorporated city limits and unincorporated areas of Santa Clara County totaling around 1.2 million residents.

Tampa Fire Rescue provides essential service in the areas of fire prevention, fire protection, fire suppression services, and emergency medical services for the seriously ill and injured. Tampa Fire Rescue also provides hazardous materials response, aircraft rescue, marine firefighting and fire and life safety education to the public.
