Cat Pumps Pulse Pumps are designed to inject harsh chemicals downstream of the pump, ensuring the pump is protected from potential damage. In order to operate properly, a metering valve and a closed-center 3-way ball valve are required. Conversion instructions to install on plunger or piston pumps can be found on data sheet. Existing pumps can easily be retrofitted in the field. Model 6305 can be used with model 6410 or 6425 pulse pump manifolds. Chemical resistant 316 stainless steel upper body with chrome plated brass lower body. STG/NBR laminated diaphragm offers resilience and chemical compatibility. Conveniently mounts directly onto the discharge manifold drawing chemical with each stroke of the pump. Patented single port purge valve purges air from head and case simultaneously. Permits chemical application at system pressures up to 1000 PSI.
