This is a high performance mid-size triplex (three plunger rods) positive displacement, reciprocating, plunger pump. It has a forged brass manifold, 304SS valve assemblies, concentric, solid ceramic plungers and standard NBR [Buna-N] seals and o-rings. The "C" indicates the special flushed inlet manifold that permits an external flush liquid providing added cooling for hi-temp liquids and added lubrication for low-lubricity liquids such as DI water. It also features a durable blue 2 mil epoxy paint treatment on the crankcase, rear cover and bearing covers and a special liquid gasket between the crankcase and manifold to seal out moisture.
