Allows firefighters to safely change SCBA oxygen cylinders. Automatically lifts and lowers the cylinder. Switch-controlled. Reduces chance of strain / back injuries amongst firefighter personnel. Cylinders are strapped in place and raised up and into the compartment. Once secured, the strap can be loosened and the cart pulled away. Battery and charger provided.
