Mounts above and behind existing seat cushions, providing the ultimate in firefighter comfort. Cushioned Back Rest frame is constructed of sturdy, 1/2″ plywood to assure extra strength and stability. Molded foam cushioning is applied and then covered with 48-ounce, heavy-duty, Prefixx-finished black vinyl. Designed with short side supports to easily accommodate the hip harness assembly on your SCBA. This design keeps the harness recessed so as not to protrude into the firefighter’s back. The shorter headrest reduces helmet interference.
