Residential concealed pendent sprinkler VK466-D is a small high sensitivity glass bulb residential sprinkler for use with a domed cover assembly. The sprinkler orifice design, with a K-Factor of 5.2 (74.9 metric), allows the sprinkler’s efficient use of available water supplies for the hydraulically designed fire-protection system. The two-piece design allows installation and testing of the sprinkler prior to installation of the cover plate. The cover assembly can be removed and reinstalled, allowing temporary removal of ceiling panels without taking the sprinkler system out of service or removing the sprinkler.
