Get in the holiday spirit by coming out to enjoy the Island Equipment Owners Association Truck Light Parade.
- Date: Saturday, December 3, 2022.
- Location: The Truck Light Parade starts in Victoria at the Breakwater District at 5:40 p.m. and finishes in Langford at 8:30 p.m.
- Event details: The Truck Light Parade will travel from James Bay to Langford, bringing Christmas cheer and collecting food bank donations along the way. Learn more and donate to a local food bank online.
- Where to Watch: The route will begin at 5:40 p.m. at the Breakwater, travel along Dallas Road and do a loop through Oak Bay before turning left onto Fort Street, turning right onto Yates Street, turning left on Blanshard, and then turning right onto Belleville Street. It will then travel north on Douglas Street and head through downtown and out to the West Shore.
- Getting there: Visitors are encouraged to walk, cycle, or take transit. There will be temporary, rolling intersection closures for this event. Please expect some traffic delays as the 80 vehicles travel along this route.
