Kochek Co has appointed Kurt Voland to the newly created position of Director of Sales and Marketing.
In his new position Voland will provide a single point of contact between the field sales force and the factory and increase coordination with the management team and company goals.
Voland has degrees from Norwich University and Western State College. He spent the first half of his career as a teacher and coach before moving into sales in 1989. For the past 20 years he has worked in the automotive assembly tools industry, the last 10 as a divisional sales manager in the vehicle and aerospace mechanical assembly industry. Voland lives with his wife, Margaret, in Mystic, Connecticut. His son is a Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy and his daughter attends college.
