They are closely following UK government advice. Critical functions are being maintained in the office, supported by home-based teams as necessary to minimize the risk of infection whilst ensuring customer requirements can be met.
warehousing, configuration and support
Sepura’s main operations are undertaken in the UK with warehousing, configuration and support based at their secure site in Cambridge. Their key radio products are manufactured in Europe, and they have their own experienced staff embedded in local supply chains to facilitate and prioritize production. Despite the travel restrictions in place Sepura is currently able to source additional radios to replenish their inventory and meet customer demand.
Sepura also has a number of official partners around the world who stock their products and who are able to support local customers. They continue supporting these partners with service and technical knowledge as they have always done. Sepura remains committed to supporting critical communications customers in these challenging times.
