Thailand is home to one of the biggest security and fire safety markets in the ASEAN region

Secutech Thailand is a well-organised quality trade fair that offers business and networking opportunities with professional buyers and potential business partners.

Supported by the Thai government, in addition, the show offers a comprehensive fringe programme for exhibitors and buyers to gain important industry insights in order to take advantage of Thailand's fast-growing security and fire safety market.

Asian Professional Security Association (APSA) – Thailand Chapter; Department of Skill Development Ministry of Labour; Royal Thai Police; Safety and Health at Work Promotion Association (Thailand) – SHAWPAT; Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) and the Royal Thai Police Association will be present at Secutech Thailand 2011.

According to research analyst Frost & Sullivan, the Asia Pacific region is looking at an annual security market growth rate of 7.5%, which will represent more than $3 billion by the end of 2015. In particular, supported by a strong economy and vast infrastructure, Thailand's security, fire and safety market is offering an array of new business opportunities.

The full implementation of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, which came into effect in January 2010, is creating the world's third largest free trade area outside the European Union and the North American Free Trade Association. The new trade area offers a huge market of 1.9 billion people with trade worth around USD 4.5 trillion. Thailand, as one of the biggest security and safety markets in the ASEAN region, is well placed to take advantage of this new free trade area.
