Since 1976, POK S.A.S has been designing firefighting equipment. In order to provide their customers and users with the best technical solutions, POK listens to them and the company’s product development department innovates daily to create products that will meet their demands.

One of the problems encountered by the Fire Brigade is to fight fire while protecting the nozzle holder, simultaneously. Indeed, attacking products in ignition with a straight stream allows a quick extinguishing, but the intense heat released by the fire forces the nozzle holder to stay at a distance, limiting the effect of the water stream. The solution is to combine a straight stream with a water screen.

Combipok I & II nozzles

Combipok I & II nozzles are highly regarded as the modern solution to an old problem. In fact, by incorporating the water screen into the nozzle, it is possible to protect the nozzle holder against radiant heat and at the same time, induce fresh air cooling the nozzle holder environment.

At the same time, the straight stream allows an optimal fire attack. This solution was first mass-produced in Germany, close to 100 years ago. Combipok I & II are very easy to use. The water screen is switched on by pulling the operating ring for the Combipok I or turning the operating ring for the Combipok II.

Easy to use and deploy

The screen can be stopped, just as simply, by performing the reverse movement. The water flow of the protective screen is 350 liters per minute at 6 bars. These accessories, mounted on a hand nozzle, are available with different outlet to adapt to a wide range of products.
