In line with the ongoing commitment to continuous improvement of the product lines, Nittan announces the extension of VAD’s range to include “Red Flash” Beacon and Sounder/Beacon products as an option alongside the current “White Flash” products.
All variants are available with an option of EN54-17 Short Circuit Isolator (-ve line only).
Beacon and Sounder/Beacon options are certified to EN54-23. Sounder products are certified to EN54-3.
IP65 Rated for indoor and outdoor use
All have head removal monitoring, plus all are IP65 Rated making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Similar to the current “White Flash” products the non-SCI “Red Flash” variants are suitable for use as replacement parts on older systems without panel upgrades or type code changes.
For newer systems with “–ve line” SCI capability, Nittan recommends the use of EN54 pt17 Short Circuit Isolator versions available in both Red and White flash variants.
