A CPD (Continuing Professional Development) event is being held at Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service on 29 September 2022.
Led by NFCC’s End Point Assessment Partnership team, the newly established event is for fire and rescue services in England who have existing apprentices and is either looking for an End Point Assessment Organization (EPAO) or are looking to release members of staff to assist the assessments as an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA).
New assessment documentation
The first event will be held at Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service’s Training and Development Centre on Hitchin Road in Stevenage between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Guest speaker Amanda Kirby will join the event to discuss neurodiversity in the workplace and assessment arena.
Other areas that the event will cover include: safeguarding, prevention, new assessment documentation, individualized feedback, and Ofqual awareness. These events will occur every six months, focusing on various elements of the assessment process.
