AFSE 2009 will be co-hosted by the National Association of Hispanic Firefighters (NAHF)
The National Association of Hispanic Firefighters (NAHF) joins ROC Exhibitions, Inc. and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) as co-host of the Americas' Fire and Security Expo (AFSE), from the 28th - 30th July 2009 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Florida.

AFSE is the premier exposition offering a synergistic approach to security, fire and life safety. NAHF's international training conference will be held in conjunction with the Expo, providing exhibitors with prime access to decision-makers from several countries all in one place.

Attendees will benefit from even more valuable educational sessions, including new sessions designed for the end-user market.

"We are excited to partner with the NFPA Americas' Fire & Security Expo for our 14th Annual NAHF International Training Conference," says Alberto Olmos, president.

"For many years the Miami Beach event has been a popular training destination for our Latin American brothers and sisters in uniform. NAHF members from across the United States look forward to the opportunity to share information and network with fire service and fire protection professionals from the many countries represented at AFSE."

In its 15th year, AFSE continues to serve as the centralized meeting place for fire and security leaders from Latin America, the Caribbean Islands and the Southeast United States, and offers professional development, networking, new ideas and product innovations. The ROC-NFPA, LLC partnership with NAHF provides a unique and cost-effective venue for like-minded professionals to access knowledge and training, establish new relationships and meet with industry suppliers who can provide the solutions they are looking for.

AFSE is co-owned and supported by NFPA - the leading authority on fire, electrical and building safety and the premiere source for all U.S. fire codes. It is endorsed by the Latin American Security Association, an active conference participant.

To better accommodate attendees, Expo hours will be pushed back one hour each day, from 1 to 6 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, and from 1 to 4 pm on Thursday.
