AQUASYS (AQUASYS Technik GmbH) protects areas of a new luxury hotel in Vienna’s 1st district. Starting on the second floor, the historical-protected building at ‘Graben 21’ is renovated and refurbished into a new hotel.
The hotel will include 99 spacious guest rooms and suites, as well as several restaurants, a spa and a pop-up bar on the rooftop.

At the customer’s request, all visible nozzles are, therefore, painted in a wide range of colors in the in-house paint shop. In order not to affect the function of the nozzles, they have to be carefully prepared before painting. A total of almost 2,000 nozzles (painted and unpainted) are installed in the building.
High-pressure unit, water supply, control system
The remaining technology, such as the high-pressure unit, water supply, control system, etc., therefore, disappears into basement rooms that are inaccessible to guests.
