In response to requests from forestry service fire departments, KIMTEK has introduced two new FIRELITE skid unit models featuring a removable and portable lightweight pump.

FM-207 and FMH-208 skid units

The FM-207 and FMH-208 join KIMTEK's line of versatile FIRELITE series skid units for use with UTVs and conveniently allow swift removal of the powerful yet lightweight pump for transport to locations even a UTV cannot reach.

Each of the new units features a lightweight Mercedes Wick 100-4H pump driven by a 2.1 HP Honda motor and delivers a high rating of 20 GPM at 70 psi. Easily removable for use in the field, the pump can be hand carried or used with an optional backpack harness available for purchase from KIMTEK. The Wick pump drafts with the included Hydro-Wick hand primer.

KIMTEK FIRELITE series

Like several units in the KIMTEK FIRELITE line, the FM-207 and FMH-208 allow room for patient transport

Like several units in the KIMTEK FIRELITE line, the FM-207 and FMH-208 allow room for patient transport. They include a hose storage area with tailgate adjacent to the pump. The FMH-208 unit includes a Hannay 4000 Series manual reel. Optional upgrades include an electric rewind on the reel and Scotty Through-The-Pump foam system with 5-gallon foam cell.

Constructed using high quality aluminum diamond plate and tubing, the FM-207 and FMH-208 meet KIMTEK's highest level manufacturing standards, ensuring durable and precision performance. KIMTEK offers a complete line of FIRELITE and MEDLITE transport skid units and options to meet most every department need.
