Head of Life Safety & Security in the UK, Daniel Griffin said “We’re thrilled to unveil the first look at our new testing facility at Firex – its an event that brings together sector leaders and innovators and we believe they’ll be interested in a new, local facility that delivers faster testing and certification turn-around times – whether its for market access into North America and Canada or to meet the refined CE Marking requirements of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) for Europe.

Many companies in the fire safety sector are concerned about compliance with the new  CPR and what their obligations actually are; and now  there will be a new centre of excellence where they can get help. During the show, we also have technical industry experts Clare Groombridge and Gordon Ash at the booth offering regulatory advice and guidance on the CPR and helping visitors get to grips with the requirements of US product listings.”
