Hochiki Europe is pleased to announce that on 10th August 2012, their parent company Hochiki Corporation (Japan) has entered into an agreement to acquire the stock of Kentec Electronics Ltd. - a leading manufacturer of control equipment for the fire industry.
The transaction is expected to close on 1st October 2012. Hochiki is pleased to welcome Kentec Electronics into the Hochiki Group. Hochiki's business here will be largely unaffected by the acquisition and will continue with its existing business plans working with its customers and partners. Read the official statement here.
