Global HSE, a pioneer in fire engineering solutions, is one of the few companies to be named a preferred Hilti installer as part of the Hilti Accredited Firestop Specialty Contractor (HAFSC) program in the UK.

Selection process

Hilti undergoes a rigorous process of selecting contractors, who also need to be certified by a third party such as FIRAS or the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB).

This means that they work to agreed industry standards, employ trained operatives, and are subject to on-site audits and inspection of representative samples of the work carried out to ensure compliance with manufacturers’ recommendations and Building Regulations.

Taking initiative

Global HSE takes an active role in educating and informing the market about fire safety and how to stop fires"

Only a handful of UK companies have made the grade says Hilti’s, Stefano Paino. “We selected Global HSE as a Hilti Installer, because of their company culture and values, which aligns with Hilti’s values. They take an active role in educating and informing the market about fire safety and how to stop fires. They do the right things in the right way.”

Hilti and Global HSE have been working together on several projects over the past year, giving Hilti a good opportunity to see the business in action.

Hilti says they are impressed with Global HSE’s commitment to the industry, and their professional approach to Corporate Social Responsibility, Quality Assurance, and ongoing employee training.
