With a large joint stand, the Association for the Promotion of German Fire Protection eV (vfdb) will contribute to the international transfer of technology and know-how at Australia's largest trade fair for rescue and security.

At the same time, the event, the AFAC - powered by INTERSCHUTZ in Perth, is intended to provide insight into the effectiveness of security defense in Germany.

Fair participation

The vfdb is looking for innovative companies and institutions that would like to present themselves in Australia from September 5th to 8th, 2020.

Participation in the trade fair is supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in cooperation with the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry AUMA.

The target group of the foreign trade fair program (AMP) is particularly small and medium-sized companies that can participate on favorable terms. All joint ventures are organized under the umbrella brand “Made in Germany”.

 Harald Herweg adds, “Our SMG quality seal 'Safety made in Germany' is already gaining international recognition almost three years after its launch.”

vfdb President - Dirk Aschenbrenner sees the joint stand as a good opportunity to support companies in opening up international markets.

The AFAC is organized by Deutsche Messe in collaboration with the Australasian Fire and Service Council – AFAC.
