Following the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus in China, FAFS is working with their Supply Chain Partners to ensure minimum disruption for customers, and continuation of their supply routes.

As a fire life safety and security service provider and key member of the Marlowe Fire & Security Group of companies, FAFS has access to an extensive and diverse supply chain, governed by and incorporated into their Business Continuity Strategy.

FAFS Business Continuity Strategy ensures that should one supplier fail them, for any reason, they have an alternative route to the product they specify.

Maintaining sufficient stock

FAFS will continue to communicate with their supply chain partners to ensure they are updated

FAFS sources solely from distribution and manufacturer partners within the UK. All product sourced from China and elsewhere across the world by their partners is held on mass within the UK.

Following the news of the outbreak, FAFS has communicated directly with all key supply chain partners who have assured them that they are maintaining sufficient stock within their UK facilities, and have assigned particular stock to their account to ensure continuous supply for the foreseeable future.

FAFS will continue to communicate regularly with their supply chain partners to ensure they have the most up-to-date information available, and to keep customers informed of any changes in potential impact.
