Zitko is delighted to welcome Eagle Eye Networks, the world’s major smart video surveillance company, to the Zitko Talent program. It gives trainees insider access to Eagle Eye Networks' renowned product training and technology workshops, covering key digital concepts, such as CCTV systems integration and networking, video analytics and AI, and the deployment of cloud/VSaaS solutions.

From the conversations with employers, they know this is good news. Many have large numbers of experienced engineers who cut their teeth in the analog world, so expanding digital expertise within the workforce is a priority.

Generation of digitally savvy entry

Now, more than ever, Talent provides this opportunity. They are attracting experienced engineers from other sectors where digital is arguably more established, as well as a new generation of digitally savvy entry-level trainees.

And then they are giving them rapid training, in partnership with Eagle Eye Networks and other world-leading vendors.

Eagle Eye Networks’ involvement

They’ll be helping them deliver the world-class training and people the industry requires

The company will be no stranger to many readers. Founded in 2012, they have created radical new possibilities for gathering, storing, managing, sharing, and acting on video data from unlimited locations and cameras.

AI-powered, the Eagle Eye Networks platform allows customers to be ‘everywhere at once,’ cutting through the noise and focusing on what matters. And because it’s cloud-based and vendor-neutral, users can quickly integrate their existing CCTV estate, whatever the size, location or make.

It’s the world’s most compelling digital VMS proposition. Starting now, Talent trainees will have the inside track. Eagle Eye Networks will also be joining the Talent program steering group. Along with other fellow partners, they’ll be helping them deliver the world-class training and people the industry requires.

Supercharge the video offer

By the time they meet their available trainees, they’ll have gone through several rounds of selection, including video screening, aptitude tests, and a detailed final interview for those who make the grade.

Combined with fast-track learning, this means trainees typically become productive team members in a matter of months. Not only taking on engineering tasks with limited supervision but also sharing their knowledge with colleagues.

Now, with Eagle Eye Networks on board, they’ll be employing people gaining privileged insights into how to create cloud-based VMS solutions, from the world’s pioneering exponent.
