On May 13, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (ZOOMLION) held ‘Technology Salutes to the New Era’ series of activities.
At the invitation of ZOOMLION and China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME), diplomats from the United Nations (UN) and 18 foreign countries, as well as some foreign embassy officials to China gathered at ZOOMLION.
UN diplomats visit ZOOMLION HQ
These officials included Masanneh Nyuku Kinteh from Gambia, Anyin Choo from Guyana, Oliver Wonekha from Uganda, Pick Fung Ho-Chong from Suriname, Charge D’Affaires of the Kenyan Embassy - Edwin Afande and his wife, and Afghanistan’s Charge D’Affaires - Mahyuddin Sadat.
Executive Vice President of CCCME - Zheng Chao and Deputy Secretary-General - Liu Yongqiang accompanied these personages during the visit. They received a warm welcome by the overseas management team of ZOOMLION led by Vice President - Wang Yongxiang.

During the visit, diplomats from the UN and 18 foreign countries and the CCCME delegation went to the earthmoving machinery assembly workshop of ZOOMLION Intelligent Industry City.

Ambassador of Guyana to China - Anyin Choo and diplomats from Türkiye were shocked that a machine rolls off production line every 12 minutes in the assembly workshop of medium and large excavators.
Questions asked about ZOOMLION’s overseas exports
During the visit, diplomats from many countries asked several questions about ZOOMLION’s overseas exports. Deputy General Managers of Zoomlion International Trade Company Wu Weiheng and Li Xiangbo answered relevant questions in detail and introduced the overall development of ZOOMLION and its business in overseas markets.
Later, the foreign diplomats and the CCCME delegation paid a visit to the Earthmoving Machinery Exhibition Area, Agricultural Machinery Exhibition Area and other parts of ZOOMLION Intelligent Industry City. They spoke highly of ZOOMLION's products and technologies during their visit.

That evening, diplomats from the UN and 18 foreign countries and the CCCME delegation enjoyed dinner at the cruise terminal. During the dinner, Vice President of ZOOMLION - Wang Yongxiang expressed his gratitude to Executive Vice President of CCCME - Zheng Chao and his delegation, as well as ambassadors and diplomats from the UN and 18 countries for their visit.
He said following the strategy of ‘globalization, internationalization, and localization’, ZOOMLION will further expand its overseas markets and increase its investment in the international market.
