On the evening of 03/13/2020 at 23:00 hours, CSVHFD Paramedics and Fireman were dispatched in the area of Buttermilk Pike and Meadowview Dr. for an injury accident.
First arriving units located a head-on accident with heavy front-end damage. Medic 514 requested an additional Medic, and Medic 516 was dispatched. Only one confirmed injury was transported, crews on the scene believed the injuries to be minor in nature.
