The new Coopers Fire HQ, named Ignis House, is one of the first units to be built in the new industrial estate in Waterlooville called Proxima Park. Coopers Fire looks forward to growing further and becoming a more efficient and productive business in the company’s new home. Proxima Park is located in Waterlooville, just 2 miles from the A3(M) Junction 3, offering access to the main route from London to Portsmouth. Only a short distance from the Coopers Fire old factory, the new headquarters is more than twice the size of the previous factory, helping the business to continue to be successful in servicing its customers/global distributor network and growing its fire and smoke curtain sales.

UMC Architects were appointed to carry out the initial feasibility masterplans before commencing with the detailed design of Phase 1, which is the Coopers Fire unit, that was completed in March 2020. The units achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and are being constructed by MCS Group. The new Coopers Fire headquarters in Waterlooville, Hampshire consists of a factory, office space, meeting rooms, and a larger car park, and a separate delivery yard.
