Choice is delighted to be the preferred national service provider of intruder alarms, CCTV and fogging systems to approximately 190 high street stores. Remote maintenance facilities in accordance with DD 263:2010 have been successfully implemented by Choice, resulting in ongoing revenue savings.
Additionally, Choice deploys 24/7 remote diagnostics capabilities – using a combination of Honeywell panels and Emizon-IP dual path signaling over the client’s network – resulting in both the reduction of line rental costs whilst eliminating an element of false activations. Subsequently, this reduces the need for unnecessary engineer visits to H&T sites.

CCTV service provision is enhanced with Choice’s remote CCTV evidence downloading facility. This gives Choice the ability to remotely dial in to all 190 sites from head office and to download incidents and evidence, which is saved into an appropriate media format for use by the relevant authorities.
Following the formation of a fire protection division in 2013, and a subsequent a tender process, Choice was awarded ongoing maintenance for both fire detection systems and fire extinguishing equipment at 190 H&T Pawnbrokers store locations.
