BAFE welcomes this initiative to protect the vital provision of fire safety services during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. Many companies are suffering the financial consequences of being unable to carry out routine work.
However, they recognize that when more normal circumstances return, that there will be a high demand for their services to catch up with maintenance work that is required under statutory and insurance obligations. As a consequence, they will need to be able to protect their business and staff to address this workload.
