Focus on team work
As part of this commitment, AW Technology recently organized a team bonding day for its staff at Thurlaston Airgun and Archery Centre, located in Leicester, United Kingdom. All the activities planned for the day had a focus on team work and co-operation, which culminated in competition across a variety of different disciplines.
Chris Atkiss, Business Development Manager (BDM) at AW Technology, said “It was fantastic to bring all the team together on Friday for an afternoon of team bonding. All year round, our staff works incredibly hard, with exceptional skill and expertise to design and produce our world-class products, so it was important for us to do something a bit different outside of our offices.”
