The Board of Directors of ARA Safety Inc. has appointed Michael Anderer and Dr. Emilio T. Gonzalez as Directors of the Company.
Dr. Gonzalez is an international affairs specialist who has spent the majority of his professional career at the forefront of US foreign affairs and international security policy issues. Currently President of Indra USA, Dr. Gonzalez recently served as Director of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Mr. Anderer is a highly experienced entrepreneur and corporate director. He is the founder of incubators, S2 and Silicon StemCell, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for both incubators.
