APE Fire & Security were tasked with delivering a complete fire and security installation for Steel House in Fareham, one of BizSpace’s well-established and refurbished centers in the South West England region. The revamped building will consist of 72 small offices, ranging from 120 sq. ft. up to 520 sq. ft. in size, plus several communal areas.

Not only did APE Fire & Security equip the entire building with an appropriate fire alarm system, but they also installed an innovative access control and intercom system that was fully configured to meet the client’s specification and suit the layout of the premises.
Bespoke intruder alarm and CCTV
APE Fire & Security team were also asked to design and install a bespoke intruder alarm and CCTV system to further enhance the security of the business center, all of which is due to be complete in July 2019.
