ADT Commercial, a security integrator and premier provider of commercial security, fire, and life safety in the U.S., announced that it will move forward as a standalone organization and rebrand as Everon, with the acquisition completion of ADT Inc.’s commercial security and fire segment to GTCR, a private equity firm.
