R-11 insulation - floors, walls and ceiling; one aluminum framed sliding window; two aluminum framed fiberglass doors with locks (32" x 78"). An exterior hand wash unit recessed into the side of the trailer. Two 65 gal. electric water heaters. 80 gallon polyethylene holding tank mounted under trailer.
